Everybody Hates Frasier
So I went to the “La Cage Aux Folles” opening night party on Sunday. There was a disappointing lack of drag queens. Four or five, maybe? Plenty of gays, though. It was fun. I was not at all surprised to hear that Kelsey Grammer is a complete prick. Everyone involved with the show hates him. He’s a total pain in the ass. But then, even some of the ensemble members are “difficult”. Oh, they’re “divas.” That’s right.
It seems, generally speaking, that actors are assholes. And that’s the rule, rather than the exception. For every Paul Newman, there are ten Russell Crowes. Maybe it’s that sense of entitlement they all seem to have. Hell, I’m not even an established actor and I’ve already got an attitude.
